BOOK A TABLE (formerly DINEAROO) is a restaurant booking and management platform owned and operated by PANTRY HUB APP PTY. LTD. (ACN 702 739 759), an Australian registered company.

This policy explains how PANTRY HUB APP PTY. LTD. ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information through BOOK A TABLE, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

1. What we collect

When you make a booking we collect your name, phone number, email address, party size, booking time and any notes or requirements you choose to share (such as dietary needs or high-chair requests). Restaurant staff accounts also hold sign-in and role information.

2. How we use it

We use this information to create and manage your booking, send confirmation, reminder, update and cancellation messages by email or SMS (where the restaurant has enabled them and you have consented), and to help the restaurant prepare for your visit.

3. Who can see it

Your booking details are visible to the restaurant you booked with. Each restaurant on BOOK A TABLE can only access its own bookings and guests. We do not sell personal information. Service providers (such as email and SMS delivery services) process information only to deliver the service.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored securely with access controls and encryption in transit. We retain booking records only as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information at any time by contacting us at admin@dinearoo.com.au. You can also manage or cancel a booking through the link in your confirmation email.
