BOOK A TABLE (formerly DINEAROO) is a restaurant booking and management platform owned and operated by PANTRY HUB APP PTY. LTD. (ACN 702 739 759), an Australian registered company.

These terms govern your use of the BOOK A TABLE website and platform at bookatable.com.au. By using BOOK A TABLE, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

BOOK A TABLE provides online restaurant bookings, table and floor-plan management, guest management and related communication services (including email and SMS notifications) for restaurants and their customers across Australia.

2. Bookings

Bookings made through BOOK A TABLE are agreements between you and the restaurant. Each restaurant sets its own booking conditions, cancellation policy and terms, which are shown to you before you confirm a booking. BOOK A TABLE facilitates the booking but is not responsible for the restaurant's service, availability or policies.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact details when booking, to honour or cancel bookings in line with the restaurant's stated policy, and not to misuse the platform or interfere with its operation.

4. Restaurant accounts

Restaurants using BOOK A TABLE are responsible for the accuracy of their venue information, opening hours, menus, prices and booking conditions, and for the lawful use of guest data they access through the platform.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, PANTRY HUB APP PTY. LTD. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
